My Future Is Bleak Because I Am Obese

I am in trouble I now have to shop in the big men’s department at the clothing store. I sit on the furniture and it breaks. I spend more at the supermarket than is necessary. I know that I am obese and I need to take control of the problem before it is too late. I’m just not sure how I can accomplish this daunting feat.

Before I had figured out what I should do, I caught the program called the Biggest Loser which was about people who needed to lose weight.
